Sheet Pan Shrimp Boil is an easy oven version of the classic seafood boil. Instead of boiling everything in a big pot, you roast the ingredients together on a sheet pan for a flavorful one-pan meal.
Ingredients
- 1 lb large shrimp (peeled & deveined, tails on)
- 12 oz smoked sausage (like Andouille sausage), sliced
- 1 lb baby potatoes, halved
- 2 ears corn, cut into pieces
- 3 tbsp melted butter
- 2 tbsp Old Bay seasoning
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 lemon, sliced
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Optional: parsley for garnish
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Parboil potatoes in salted water for about 8–10 minutes until slightly tender, then drain.
- In a large bowl, combine potatoes, corn, sausage, and shrimp.
- Mix melted butter, garlic, and Old Bay seasoning, then pour over the mixture. Toss well.
- Spread everything evenly on a large sheet pan. Add lemon slices on top.
- Bake for 12–15 minutes, until shrimp are pink and cooked through.
- Sprinkle with parsley and serve with extra lemon.
Optional Add-Ons
- Crab legs
- Mussels
