Here’s a bold, restaurant-style Seafood Boil (bag-style)—juicy, buttery, and packed with flavor 🔥🦐🦀

🍲 Seafood Boil (Cajun Garlic Butter Style)

Servings: 4–6

🛒 Ingredients

  • 1 lb shrimp (shell-on for best flavor)
  • 1 lb crab legs
  • 1 lb sausage (andouille or smoked), sliced
  • 4–5 small potatoes
  • 2–3 ears corn, cut into chunks
  • 1 lemon, sliced
  • 1 tbsp Cajun seasoning
  • 1 tbsp Old Bay seasoning
  • 4–6 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 cup butter (2 sticks)
  • 1/2 cup chicken broth (or reserved boil water)
  • Optional: chili flakes, hot sauce

🍽️ Instructions

1. Boil Everything

  1. Fill a large pot with water and bring to a boil.
  2. Add Cajun seasoning, Old Bay, and lemon slices.
  3. Add potatoes → cook 10–12 minutes.
  4. Add corn → cook 5 minutes.
  5. Add sausage and crab → cook 5–7 minutes.
  6. Add shrimp last → cook 2–3 minutes until pink.
  7. Drain everything (save 1/2 cup of the liquid).

2. Make the Sauce

  • In a pan, melt butter over medium heat.
  • Add garlic and cook 1 minute.
  • Stir in Cajun seasoning, chili flakes, and a splash of the reserved boil water or broth.
  • Simmer 2–3 minutes until slightly thick.

3. Combine (Bag Style)

  • Add seafood, sausage, corn, and potatoes into a large bowl or food-safe bag.
  • Pour the garlic butter sauce over everything.
  • Toss well to coat evenly.

4. Serve

  • Serve in a big tray or straight from the bag (restaurant style).
  • Add extra lemon, parsley, or hot sauce on top.

💡 Pro Tips

  • Use shell-on shrimp for deeper flavor
  • Add mussels or clams for variety
  • Adjust spice level to your taste
  • Serve with gloves or napkins—it gets messy 😄

If you want, I can give you a super quick oven “foil pack seafood boil” version that’s easier and less cleanup.
