Servings: 4–6

🛒 Ingredients

  • 1 lb shrimp (peeled or shell-on)
  • 1 lb crab legs (or whole crabs)
  • 1 lb sausage (smoked or andouille), sliced
  • 4–6 small potatoes
  • 2–3 ears corn, cut into pieces
  • 1 lemon, halved
  • 4–6 cups water
  • 2–3 tbsp seafood boil seasoning (like Old Bay or Cajun seasoning)
  • 3–4 cloves garlic
  • 1/2 cup butter (for sauce)

🍽️ Instructions

  1. Boil the Base
    • In a large pot, bring water to a boil.
    • Add seasoning, garlic, and lemon halves.
  2. Cook Potatoes & Corn
    • Add potatoes first and cook 10–12 minutes.
    • Add corn and cook another 5 minutes.
  3. Add Sausage & Seafood
    • Add sausage and crab legs; cook 5–7 minutes.
    • Add shrimp last; cook 2–3 minutes until pink and opaque.
  4. Drain & Serve
    • Drain everything and spread on a tray or table (traditional style!).
  5. Make Butter Sauce (Optional but amazing)
    • Melt butter with garlic and a little seasoning.
    • Drizzle over the seafood or serve on the side for dipping.
