Posted on March 8, 2026 by Admin

Here’s a fun and delicious Reese’s Pieces Peanut Butter Cookies 🍪🥜 recipe—soft, chewy, and full of peanut butter and chocolate candy flavor:

Ingredients

  • 1 cup (225 g) unsalted butter, softened
  • 1 cup (200 g) brown sugar
  • 1/2 cup (100 g) granulated sugar
  • 1 cup creamy peanut butter
  • 2 large eggs
  • 2 tsp vanilla extract
  • 2 1/2 cups (310 g) all-purpose flour
  • 1 tsp baking soda
  • 1/2 tsp baking powder
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1 1/2 cups Reese’s Pieces candies (or more, for topping)

Instructions

  1. Preheat Oven
    • Preheat oven to 180 °C (350 °F).
    • Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Mix Wet Ingredients
    • In a large bowl, cream together butter, brown sugar, and granulated sugar until light and fluffy.
    • Add peanut butter, eggs, and vanilla extract. Mix well.
  3. Combine Dry Ingredients
    • In another bowl, whisk flour, baking soda, baking powder, and salt.
  4. Make the Dough
    • Gradually add dry ingredients to the wet mixture and mix until combined.
    • Fold in Reese’s Pieces candies.
  5. Shape and Bake
    • Scoop tablespoon-sized portions of dough and place them on the prepared baking sheet, spacing them about 2 inches apart.
    • Bake for 10–12 minutes, until edges are lightly golden.
  6. Cool and Serve
    • Let cookies cool on the baking sheet for 5 minutes before transferring to a wire rack.
    • Enjoy warm or store in an airtight container.

✅ Tips:

  • For extra gooey cookies, slightly underbake by 1 minute.
  • Press a few extra Reese’s Pieces on top of each cookie before baking for a colorful finish.
  • You can also add chocolate chips for an even richer cookie.

I can also give a chewy, bakery-style version that stays soft for days if you want. Do you want me to share that?
