Ingredients

  • 1–1.5 kg pork loin roast
  • 3–4 cloves garlic (minced)
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp salt
  • ½ tsp black pepper
  • 1 tsp paprika (optional)
  • 1 tsp dried rosemary or thyme
  • ½ cup chicken broth or water (for roasting)

Instructions

  1. Preheat Oven
    • Preheat oven to 180 °C (350 °F).
  2. Prepare the Pork
    • Pat pork loin dry with paper towels.
    • Rub with olive oil, garlic, salt, pepper, paprika, and herbs.
  3. Sear (Optional but Recommended)
    • Heat a skillet over medium-high heat.
    • Sear pork on all sides until browned (2–3 minutes per side).
  4. Roast the Pork
    • Place pork loin in a roasting pan.
    • Add chicken broth or water to the pan to keep it moist.

  5. Rest the Meat
