Here’s a simple and creamy Pineapple Mousse 🍍🍨 that’s light, fluffy, and easy to make.


Ingredients (Serves 4–6)

  • 1 cup crushed pineapple (well drained)
  • 1 cup heavy whipping cream (cold)
  • ½ cup powdered sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice (optional, for extra freshness)

Instructions

1. Prepare the Pineapple

  • If using fresh pineapple, blend it until smooth or finely crushed.
  • If using canned pineapple, drain the juice well.

2. Whip the Cream

  • In a mixing bowl, beat the heavy cream and powdered sugar until soft peaks form.

3. Mix the Mousse

  • Gently fold the crushed pineapple, vanilla extract, and lemon juice into the whipped cream.
  • Mix until smooth and fluffy.

4. Chill

  • Spoon the mousse into serving cups or bowls.
  • Refrigerate for 2–3 hours to firm up.

5. Serve

  • Garnish with pineapple pieces, mint leaves, or a little whipped cream.
