Loaded nachos

Posted on March 8, 2026 by Admin

Here’s a delicious Loaded Nachos recipe 🌮🧀—crispy, cheesy, and full of toppings:

Ingredients

  • 1 bag tortilla chips (about 200–250 g)
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese (or Mexican blend)
  • 1 cup cooked ground beef or chicken (seasoned with taco seasoning)
  • ½ cup black beans (cooked)
  • ½ cup corn kernels (optional)
  • 1 small tomato (diced)
  • 2–3 green onions (sliced)
  • 2–3 tbsp jalapeños (sliced, optional)
  • Sour cream, guacamole, or salsa for serving
  • Fresh coriander/cilantro for garnish

Instructions

  1. Preheat Oven
    • Preheat oven to 180 °C (350 °F).
    • Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Layer the Nachos
    • Spread tortilla chips evenly on the baking sheet.
    • Sprinkle cooked ground beef (or chicken) over the chips.
    • Add black beans, corn, diced tomatoes, and jalapeños.
    • Top with shredded cheese.
  3. Bake
    • Bake in the preheated oven for 10–12 minutes until cheese melts and starts to bubble.
  4. Serve
    • Remove from oven and garnish with sliced green onions and fresh coriander.
    • Serve hot with sour cream, guacamole, or salsa on the side.

✅ Tips:

  • For extra flavor, sprinkle taco seasoning over the chips before baking.
  • Layering is key—alternate chips and toppings for cheesy coverage.
  • Add pickled onions or olives for more toppings.

I can also give a restaurant-style loaded nachos recipe with nacho cheese sauce that looks super fancy and extra cheesy. Do you want me to?
