Keto crack chicken

Posted on March 9, 2026 by Admin

Here’s a simple and delicious Keto Crack Chicken recipe! It’s creamy, cheesy, and perfect for low-carb diets.

Ingredients (serves 4–6)

  • 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 8 oz cream cheese
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 6 slices cooked bacon, crumbled
  • 1 packet ranch seasoning (or 2 tbsp homemade ranch mix)
  • ½ cup heavy cream (optional for extra creaminess)
  • Salt and pepper, to taste
  • Optional: sliced green onions for garnish

Instructions

  1. Cook the chicken:
    • Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
    • Season chicken breasts with salt, pepper, and a bit of ranch seasoning.
    • Place in a greased baking dish and bake 25–30 minutes, or until cooked through.
  2. Prepare the creamy topping:
    • While chicken is baking, soften the cream cheese in a small saucepan over low heat.
    • Stir in shredded cheddar, remaining ranch seasoning, and heavy cream (if using) until smooth.
  3. Assemble and bake:
    • Once chicken is cooked, pour the creamy cheese mixture over the top.
    • Sprinkle crumbled bacon over it.
    • Bake another 5–10 minutes until cheese is bubbly and golden.
  4. Garnish and serve:
    • Sprinkle with sliced green onions before serving.
    • Enjoy as is or serve over cauliflower rice for a full keto meal.

💡 Tips:

  • You can use rotisserie chicken to make this recipe even faster.
  • For extra crunch, broil for 1–2 minutes after baking.

If you want, I can also give a slow cooker version that makes it super easy for busy days. Do you want me to do that?
