🥘 Ingredients (serves 2–3)

  • 1 lb (450g) shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • 3 tbsp honey
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp olive oil or butter
  • Salt & pepper to taste
  • Optional: chopped green onions or sesame seeds for garnish

🥄 Instructions

  1. Prepare the shrimp
    • Pat shrimp dry with a paper towel. Season lightly with salt and pepper.
  2. Cook the shrimp
    • Heat olive oil or butter in a skillet over medium-high heat.
    • Add shrimp and cook 2–3 minutes per side until pink and opaque. Remove and set aside.
  3. Make the honey garlic sauce
    • In the same pan, add minced garlic and sauté 30 seconds until fragrant.
    • Stir in honey and soy sauce. Let it simmer 1–2 minutes until slightly thickened.
  4. Combine & coat
    • Return shrimp to the pan. Toss to coat evenly in the sauce.
  5. Serve
    • Sprinkle with green onions or sesame seeds.
    • Serve over rice, noodles, or with steamed vegetables.

💡 Tips

  • For extra flavor, add a pinch of chili flakes for heat.
  • Don’t overcook shrimp—they cook quickly and can get rubbery.
  • You can make extra sauce and drizzle over rice or noodles.
