- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- 1 tsp paprika
- 1 tsp dried parsley (or fresh)
- ½ tsp salt
- ½ tsp black pepper

👩🍳 Instructions
1. Prep the lobster
- Use kitchen scissors to cut the top shell down the middle
- Gently pull the meat up and rest it on top of the shell (this is called “butterflying”)
2. Make garlic herb butter
- Mix melted butter, garlic, lemon juice, paprika, parsley, salt, and pepper
3. Brush generously
- Coat the lobster meat with the garlic butter mixture
4. Bake or broil
- Bake: 200°C (400°F) for 12–15 minutes
or - Broil: 8–10 minutes until meat is opaque and slightly golden
5. Finish
- Spoon extra butter over the top
- Add fresh lemon squeeze before serving
🍽️ Serving Ideas
- Garlic bread or rice
- Mashed potatoes
- Steamed vegetables or salad
🌟 Tips
- Don’t overcook—lobster becomes rubbery
- Meat should be white and firm when done
- Add Parmesan for a cheesy crust twist
😋 Flavor Variations
- Spicy garlic butter: add more chili flakes or hot sauce
- Creamy version: drizzle with a light cream sauce after baking
- Grilled lobster tails: cook on a grill for smoky flavor
If you want, I can pair this with a full seafood dinner menu or show you a budget-friendly shrimp version with the same garlic herb butter 🍤
