Cucumber Lemonade

Here’s a refreshing Cucumber Lemonade 🥒🍋—cool, light, and perfect for hot days.


Ingredients (Serves 3–4)

  • 1 large cucumber, peeled and chopped
  • 1 cup fresh lemon juice (about 4–5 lemons)
  • ½–¾ cup sugar or honey (adjust to taste)
  • 3 cups cold water
  • Ice cubes
  • Lemon slices and cucumber slices for garnish (optional)
  • Fresh mint leaves (optional)

Instructions

1. Blend the Cucumber

  • Place chopped cucumber and 1 cup of water in a blender.
  • Blend until smooth.

2. Strain

  • Pour the mixture through a fine strainer into a pitcher to remove pulp.

3. Make the Lemonade

  • Add fresh lemon juice, sugar (or honey), and the remaining water.
  • Stir well until the sugar dissolves.

4. Chill and Serve

  • Add ice cubes and stir.
  • Garnish with lemon slices, cucumber slices, and mint.
