This dish features tender Mushrooms cooked in a rich, creamy garlic butter sauce with Tuscan-style flavors like spinach and sun-dried tomatoes. It works great as a side dish or served over pasta, rice, or toast.

  • 1 lb Mushrooms, cleaned and halved
  • 3 tbsp Butter
  • 3 cloves Garlic, minced
  • 1 cup Heavy cream
  • 1/3 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/2 cup chopped Sun-dried tomatoes
  • 1 cup fresh Spinach
  • 1 tsp Italian seasoning

    • Cook until the spinach wilts and the sauce becomes creamy.
  5. Serve
    • Season with salt and pepper and garnish with parsley.
