  • 1 ripe banana, mashed
  • ½ cup cottage cheese
  • 1 cup rolled oats

  • ½ tsp vanilla extract
  • Pinch of salt

Instructions

1. Preheat Oven

  • Preheat oven to 180°C (350°F).
  • Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

2. Mix Ingredients

  • In a bowl, mash the banana well.
  • Add cottage cheese, oats, honey, cinnamon, vanilla, and salt.
  • Mix until combined.
  • Stir in chocolate chips.

3. Shape Cookies

  • Scoop about 2 tablespoons of dough and place on the baking sheet.
  • Flatten slightly since they won’t spread much.

4. Bake

  • Bake for 12–15 minutes until lightly golden.

5. Cool

  • Let cookies cool for a few minutes before serving.
