Cod in air fryer

Here’s a simple way to cook cod in an air fryer—it turns out flaky inside and lightly crispy outside. 🐟✨

Ingredients

  • 2 cod fillets
  • 1–2 tbsp olive oil
  • ½ tsp salt
  • ½ tsp black pepper
  • ½ tsp garlic powder
  • ½ tsp paprika
  • ½ tsp lemon juice
  • Optional: breadcrumbs or Parmesan for extra crispiness

Instructions

  1. Preheat the air fryer to 180°C (360°F) for about 3–5 minutes.
  2. Pat the cod dry with paper towels.
  3. Brush with olive oil on both sides.
  4. Season with salt, pepper, garlic powder, and paprika.
  5. If you want a crispy coating, lightly sprinkle breadcrumbs or Parmesan on top.
  6. Place the cod fillets in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
  7. Cook for 8–10 minutes, depending on thickness, until the fish flakes easily with a fork.
  8. Drizzle lemon juice over the fish before serving.
