Instructions
1. Activate the Yeast

2. Make the Dough
Add the remaining sugar, egg, egg yolk, melted butter, and salt.
Gradually mix in flour until a soft dough forms.
3. Knead
Knead the dough for 8–10 minutes until smooth and elastic.
4. First Rise
Place the dough in a greased bowl, cover, and let it rise in a warm place for 1–1.5 hours until doubled.
5. Roll and Fill
Roll the dough into a 14 × 9 inch rectangle.
