Chicken tenders

Here’s a simple and crispy Chicken Tenders 🍗 recipe—perfect for a quick snack or meal:


Ingredients

  • 500 g chicken tenders or chicken breast strips
  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 cup breadcrumbs (panko for extra crunch)
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • ½ tsp salt
  • ½ tsp black pepper
  • Oil for frying (vegetable or canola)

Instructions

  1. Prepare the Coatings
    • Bowl 1: Flour
    • Bowl 2: Beaten eggs
    • Bowl 3: Breadcrumbs mixed with garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper
  2. Coat the Chicken
    • Dredge chicken in flour → dip in egg → coat with seasoned breadcrumbs.
  3. Fry the Chicken
    • Heat oil in a skillet over medium heat.
    • Fry chicken tenders for 3–4 minutes per side until golden brown and fully cooked (internal temperature 75 °C / 165 °F).
    • Drain on paper towels.
  4. Serve
    • Serve hot with ketchup, honey mustard, ranch, or barbecue sauce.

✅ Tips:

  • For extra crunch, double coat: flour → egg → breadcrumbs → egg → breadcrumbs.
  • You can bake instead: 200 °C (400 °F) for 15–20 minutes, flipping halfway.
  • Add grated Parmesan or chili powder to breadcrumbs for extra flavor.
