Instructions

    • Blend garlic, peppers, onion, thyme, allspice, cinnamon, nutmeg, brown sugar, soy sauce, lime juice, olive oil, salt, and pepper into a smooth paste.
  2. Marinate wings:
    • Coat chicken wings thoroughly with the jerk paste.
    • Cover and refrigerate at least 2 hours, ideally overnight, for maximum flavor.
  3. Cook the wings:
    • Oven method: Preheat to 400°F (200°C). Place wings on a baking sheet and bake 35-40 minutes, turning halfway.
    • Grill method: Grill over medium heat 20-25 minutes, turning often to avoid burning, until fully cooked.
  4. Serve:
    • Garnish with fresh lime wedges or chopped scallions.
    • Pair with rice, plantains, or a simple salad for a full Jamaican-inspired meal.
