Asked the hubby to put the crockpot in the fridge after it cooled down. This is what I came home to

He probably put the entire crockpot base (the heavy part with the cord) in the fridge instead of just the removable insert 😭

Classic misunderstanding — technically he did what you asked, just not how you meant it.

For future reference:

• Only the inner pot (ceramic insert) should go in the fridge
• The heating base should always stay out (it’s electrical)

Still… you’ve gotta admit, the effort was there 😂
