🦞 Lobster Tails with Garlic Lemon Butter

🛒 Ingredients

  • 2–4 lobster tails
  • 3 tbsp butter (melted)
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice (fresh is best)
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • Salt & black pepper to taste
  • Fresh parsley (optional, for garnish)

👩‍🍳 Instructions

  1. Prep the lobster
    • Using kitchen scissors, cut down the top shell lengthwise
    • Gently pull the meat up and rest it on top of the shell (“butterfly” it)
  2. Make garlic butter
    • Mix melted butter, garlic, lemon juice, paprika, salt, and pepper
  3. Season
    • Brush the lobster meat generously with the garlic lemon butter
  4. Bake or broil
    • Bake: 180°C (350°F) for 12–15 minutes
    • Broil: 8–10 minutes until opaque and slightly golden
  5. Finish
    • Brush with more butter after cooking
    • Sprinkle with parsley and a squeeze of lemon

🍽️ Serving Ideas

  • With rice, mashed potatoes, or pasta
  • Alongside steamed vegetables
  • Dip in extra garlic butter for maximum flavor
