Ingredients

Crust:

  • 1 cup heavy whipping cream, whipped

Strawberry Layer:

  • 1 package (10 oz) frozen strawberries, thawed and drained

  • 1 package (3 oz) strawberry gelatin (Jell-O)

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Make the crust:
    • Mix crushed pretzels, melted butter, and ¼ cup sugar.
    • Press firmly into the bottom of a 9×13 pan.
    • Bake 10 minutes, then let cool.
  3. Prepare the cream layer:
    • Beat cream cheese, ½ cup sugar, and vanilla until smooth.
    • Fold in whipped cream.
    • Spread over cooled pretzel crust.
  4. Make the strawberry layer:
    • Combine thawed strawberries, sugar, and strawberry gelatin in a saucepan.
    • Heat gently until gelatin dissolves and strawberries are evenly coated. Let cool slightly.
    • Pour over cream layer and refrigerate for at least 2–3 hours, until set.
  5. Serve: Slice into squares and enjoy!
