🥘 Ingredients (serves 4–6)

Meatloaf:

  • 2 lbs (900g) ground beef
  • 1 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1 small onion, finely chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 eggs
  • 1/4 cup ketchup
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • 1 tsp Worcestershire sauce

  1. Preheat oven
    • Preheat to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 9×5-inch loaf pan.

    • Mix ketchup, brown sugar, and mustard in a small bowl.

    • Bake 60–70 minutes, until the meatloaf is cooked through and topping is caramelized.
    • Let rest 10 minutes before slicing.
