Oat Crisps (Crunchy & Healthy Snack) 🌾✨

These are light, crispy, and super easy to make at home—perfect for tea time or a quick snack!


📝 Ingredients:

  • 1 cup rolled oats
  • 2 tbsp flour (or whole wheat flour)
  • 2 tbsp sugar or honey
  • 2 tbsp melted butter or oil
  • 2–3 tbsp milk
  • ½ tsp baking powder
  • Pinch of salt
  • Optional: cinnamon, vanilla, nuts

👩‍🍳 Instructions:

1. Mix Dry Ingredients

  • Combine oats, flour, baking powder, salt, and sugar.

2. Add Wet Ingredients

  • Stir in melted butter and milk to form a soft dough.

3. Shape Thin Crisps

  • Take small portions and flatten them thinly on a baking tray (this makes them crispy!).

4. Bake

  • Bake at 180°C (350°F) for 10–15 minutes until golden brown.

5. Cool & Enjoy

  • Let them cool—they’ll get crispier as they set.

🔥 Tips:

  • The thinner you spread them, the crispier they turn out.
  • Add sesame seeds or chopped almonds for extra crunch.
  • Drizzle a little honey after baking for extra flavor.
