Miniature cheesecakes are perfect for parties, easy to portion, and super customizable. Here’s a simple and delicious recipe you can make at home:


🧁 Miniature Cheesecakes

🛒 Ingredients

For the crust:

  • 1 cup graham cracker crumbs
  • 2 tbsp sugar
  • 4 tbsp melted butter

For the filling:

  • 2 blocks (450 g) cream cheese, softened
  • ½ cup sugar
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • ¼ cup sour cream

Optional toppings:

  • Strawberry or blueberry sauce
  • Chocolate ganache
  • Fresh fruit
  • Caramel drizzle

👩‍🍳 Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 160°C (320°F) and line a muffin tray with paper liners.
  2. Make the crust:
    • Mix graham cracker crumbs, sugar, and melted butter.
    • Press about 1 tablespoon into each liner.
    • Bake for 5 minutes, then set aside.
  3. Prepare the filling:
    • Beat cream cheese until smooth.
    • Add sugar and mix well.
    • Beat in eggs one at a time.
    • Add vanilla and sour cream, mix until creamy.
  4. Assemble:
    • Pour filling over crusts (almost to the top).
  5. Bake:
    • Bake for 15–18 minutes, until centers are just set.
  6. Cool:
    • Let cool at room temp, then refrigerate for at least 2 hours.
  7. Top & serve:
    • Add your favorite toppings before serving.

💡 Tips

  • Don’t overmix after adding eggs → prevents cracks
  • Chill overnight for best texture
  • Use a biscuit base (like digestive biscuits) if graham crackers aren’t available
