Here’s a rich, no-bake treat inspired by the classic Buckeye candy—Buckeye Bars (like a peanut butter cup in bar form):

Peanut Butter Layer:

  • 1 cup butter, melted
  • 2 cups creamy peanut butter
  • 2 cups powdered sugar
  • 2 cups graham cracker crumbs

Chocolate Topping:

  • 2 cups chocolate chips
  • 2 tbsp peanut butter

  1. Make the base
    In a bowl, mix melted butter, peanut butter, powdered sugar, and graham cracker crumbs until smooth.
  2. Press into pan
    Spread evenly into a lined 9×13 inch pan. Press firmly to create a solid layer.
  3. Melt chocolate
    Microwave chocolate chips with 2 tbsp peanut butter in 30-second intervals, stirring until smooth.
  4. Add topping
    Pour melted chocolate over the peanut butter layer and spread evenly.
  5. Chill
    Refrigerate for 1–2 hours, or until firm.
  6. Slice & serve
    Cut into bars or squares.
