🥔 Baked Potato Slices

Baked potato slices are a simple, crispy, and flavorful side dish made by slicing potatoes, seasoning them, and baking until golden. They’re a healthier alternative to fried potatoes.


🍽 Ingredients

  • 2–3 medium potatoes
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • Salt & black pepper
  • Optional seasonings: garlic powder, paprika, rosemary, thyme

👩‍🍳 Easy Recipe

  1. Preheat oven to 200°C (400°F).
  2. Wash and slice potatoes into thin rounds (¼ inch) or wedges.
  3. Toss slices in olive oil, salt, pepper, and optional seasonings.
  4. Arrange on a baking sheet in a single layer.
  5. Bake 25–30 minutes, flipping halfway, until golden and crisp.
  6. Serve hot, optionally with ketchup, sour cream, or dip.

🔥 Tips

  • Soak slices in cold water for 20 min before baking → removes excess starch → crispier slices.
  • Use parchment paper for easier cleanup.
  • For extra flavor, sprinkle grated Parmesan or smoked paprika before baking.
