Baked Potato. This is the fastest way to make baked potatoes, ready in minutes. It’s crispy on the outside, perfectly cooked and fluffy on the inside.

🥔 Fast Baked Potato (Crispy Outside, Fluffy Inside)

⏱️ Total Time: ~15 minutes

1. Prep

  • Wash and scrub the potato (use a Russet potato for best results)
  • Pat dry
  • Poke holes with a fork (prevents bursting)

2. Microwave First (speed!)

  • Microwave on high for 5–7 minutes
  • Flip halfway through
    👉 This cooks the inside quickly

3. Crisp in Oven or Pan

  • Preheat oven to 220°C (425°F)
  • Rub potato with a little oil + salt
  • Bake for 5–10 minutes
    👉 This makes the skin crispy

(No oven? Use a hot pan or air fryer for crisping)


🧈 Finish It Off

Cut open and add:

  • Butter 🧈
  • Cheese 🧀
  • Sour cream
  • Salt & pepper
  • Or even bacon bits 🥓

💡 Pro Tips

  • Bigger potatoes = slightly longer microwave time
