Chewy, hearty cookies packed with oats, chocolate, and nuts—perfect for a snack or dessert that sticks to your ribs!


🧾 Ingredients (Makes ~24 cookies)

  • 1 cup butter, softened
  • 1 cup brown sugar
  • ½ cup granulated sugar
  • 2 large eggs
  • 2 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 ½ cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 tsp baking soda
  • ½ tsp salt
  • 3 cups old-fashioned oats
  • 1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
  • 1 cup chopped pecans or walnuts
  • ½ cup shredded coconut (optional)

1. Preheat oven

  • 350°F (175°C)
  • Line baking sheets with parchment paper

2. Mix wet ingredients
