Baked Shrimp 🍤🔥

Juicy, flavorful, and super easy to make—perfect for a quick dinner or appetizer!


🧾 Ingredients

  • 500g (1 lb) shrimp (peeled & deveined)
  • 3 cloves garlic (minced)
  • 3 tbsp butter (melted)
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • ½ tsp chili flakes (optional)
  • Salt & pepper (to taste)
  • Juice of ½ lemon
  • 2 tbsp fresh parsley (chopped)
  • ¼ cup grated Parmesan cheese (optional)

👩‍🍳 Instructions

1. Preheat oven

  • Set to 200°C (400°F)

2. Prepare shrimp

  • Place shrimp in a baking dish in a single layer

3. Make the sauce

  • Mix melted butter, olive oil, garlic, paprika, chili flakes, salt, and pepper

4. Combine

  • Pour sauce over shrimp and toss to coat

5. Bake

  • Bake for 10–12 minutes until shrimp turn pink and opaque

6. Finish

  • Drizzle lemon juice on top
  • Sprinkle parsley and Parmesan
