  • 1 medium head of cabbage, chopped
  • 1 lb (450 g) smoked sausage or kielbasa, sliced into 1-inch pieces

  • 1 medium onion, chopped
  • 2-3 carrots, sliced
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
