Buffalo wings are crispy chicken wings tossed in a tangy, spicy sauce made with hot sauce and butter. They’re a classic party food—bold, messy, and absolutely delicious!


🧾 Ingredients

  • 1–2 lbs chicken wings
  • 1 tbsp oil
  • Salt & pepper

For Buffalo sauce:

  • ½ cup hot sauce (like cayenne-based)
  • ¼ cup butter
  • 1 tbsp vinegar (optional)
  • ½ tsp garlic powder

🔥 Instructions

🍳 Oven Method (Easy & Crispy)

  1. Preheat oven: 220°C (425°F).
  2. Prep wings: Pat dry (very important for crispiness). Toss with oil, salt, and pepper.
  3. Bake: Place on a rack or tray and bake 40–45 minutes, flipping halfway, until crispy.

🍗 Frying Method (Extra Crispy)

  1. Heat oil to 175°C (350°F).
  2. Fry wings for 8–10 minutes until golden and cooked through.

🌶️ Make the Sauce

  1. Melt butter in a saucepan.
  2. Stir in hot sauce, vinegar, and garlic powder.
  3. Toss hot wings in the sauce until fully coated.

🥕 Serve With

  • Celery and carrot sticks
  • Ranch or blue cheese dip

  • For extra crispiness, toss wings in a little baking powder before baking
  • Adjust heat by adding more or less hot sauce
