3. Add liquid

  • Simmer 15–20 min, allowing flavors to meld

4. Blend & cream

  • Blend soup until smooth (optional: strain for extra silky texture)
  • Stir in cream
  • Add chopped shellfish meat, season with salt, pepper, paprika, cayenne

5. Serve

  • Garnish with fresh parsley or chives
  • Serve with crusty bread or croutons
