🍗 Slow Cooker Chicken (Easy & Juicy!)

This is one of the simplest, most reliable meals—you can make it creamy, saucy, spicy, or just perfectly seasoned.


đź§ľ Ingredients

  • 4–6 chicken pieces (breasts or thighs)
  • 1 tbsp olive oil or butter
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • Salt & pepper to taste
  • ½ cup chicken broth
  • Optional: veggies (potatoes, carrots, onions)

👩‍🍳 Instructions

  1. Prep the chicken
    Rub chicken with oil, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
  2. Layer in slow cooker
    Add veggies first (if using), then place chicken on top.
  3. Add liquid
    Pour in chicken broth.
  4. Cook
    • LOW: 6–7 hours
    • HIGH: 3–4 hours
  5. Finish & serve
    Chicken should be tender and juicy. Spoon juices over the top before serving.
