Meatballs:

Potatoes & Sauce:
- 500g baby potatoes, halved
- 1 onion, sliced
- 2 cups beef broth

- 1 tbsp olive oil

- Prepare meatballs:
- Mix meat, breadcrumbs, milk, egg, garlic, salt, pepper, paprika, and parsley.
- Shape into small meatballs (~1–1.5 inches).
- Layer in slow cooker:
- Place onions and potatoes at the bottom.
- Arrange meatballs on top.
- Pour broth (and tomatoes if using) over everything.
- Sprinkle thyme or rosemary.
- Cook:
- Cover and cook on low for 6–7 hours or high for 3–4 hours.
- Meatballs should be cooked through, potatoes soft, and flavors melded.
