Protein cottage cheese bread

🍞💪 Protein Cottage Cheese Bread

This simple bread is soft, high in protein, and great for sandwiches or toast.


🧾 Ingredients

  • 1 cup cottage cheese
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 cup oat flour (or blended oats)
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • ½ tsp salt
  • Optional: 1 tbsp olive oil or melted butter

👩‍🍳 Instructions

1️⃣ Preheat oven

  • Heat oven to 350°F (175°C).
  • Line or grease a small loaf pan.

2️⃣ Blend the wet ingredients

  • In a blender or bowl mix cottage cheese and eggs until smooth.

3️⃣ Add dry ingredients

  • Stir in oat flour, baking powder, salt, and oil if using.

4️⃣ Pour into pan

  • Spread the batter evenly in the loaf pan.

5️⃣ Bake

  • Bake for 30–35 minutes until the top is golden and a toothpick comes out clean.

6️⃣ Cool and slice

  • Let the bread cool for about 10 minutes, then slice.

🍽️ Ways to Eat It

  • Toast with butter or avocado
  • Use for sandwiches
  • Serve with eggs for breakfast
