🍗 Baked Turkey Wings (Tender & Flavorful)
Turkey wings are larger and meatier than chicken wings and are delicious when baked slowly with seasoning and gravy.
🧾 Ingredients
- 2–3 lbs turkey wings
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tsp black pepper
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp onion powder
- 1 tsp paprika
- 1 medium onion (sliced)
- 2 cups chicken broth
Optional Gravy
- 2 tbsp flour
- 1–2 cups pan juices
👩🍳 Instructions
1️⃣ Preheat oven
- Heat oven to 350°F (175°C).
2️⃣ Season the wings
- Pat turkey wings dry.
- Rub with olive oil, salt, pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, and paprika.
3️⃣ Prepare the pan
- Place sliced onions in a baking dish.
- Arrange turkey wings on top.
- Pour chicken broth into the pan.
4️⃣ Bake
- Cover with foil and bake 1½ hours.
- Remove foil and bake another 30 minutes until browned and tender.
5️⃣ Make gravy (optional)
- Pour pan juices into a saucepan.
- Whisk in flour and simmer until thick.
