1️⃣ Prepare the cabbage
- Remove large cabbage leaves and blanch them in boiling water for 2–3 minutes until soft.
- Drain and set aside.

- In a bowl mix ground pork, ground beef, onion, garlic, egg, breadcrumbs, parsley, salt, and pepper.
3️⃣ Fill the cabbage leaves
- Place a spoonful of the meat mixture on each cabbage leaf.
- Fold the sides and roll tightly to form small parcels.
4️⃣ Cook the rolls
- Heat olive oil in a pan and lightly brown the cabbage rolls.
5️⃣ Make the sauce
- Add tomato sauce, white wine, and broth.
- Cover and simmer for 30–40 minutes until the meat is cooked and the sauce thickens.
