Ingredients
- 2–3 lbs turkey wings

- Salt and black pepper to taste
- 1 onion, sliced
- 2 cups chicken or turkey broth
Instructions
- Preheat oven
- Heat oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Season the wings
- Pat turkey wings dry.
- Rub with oil or butter.
- Season with garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, thyme, salt, and pepper.
- Prepare the baking dish
- Place sliced onions in the bottom of a large baking dish.
- Arrange the wings on top.
- Pour broth around the wings.
- Bake covered
- Cover with foil and bake 1½ hours.
- Brown the wings
- Remove foil and bake another 20–30 minutes until the skin is golden and slightly crispy.
- Serve
