Here’s a simple and delicious Chicken in a Creamy Sauce recipe — tender chicken with a rich, flavorful sauce.


🍗 Chicken in Creamy Sauce

🧾 Ingredients (4 servings)

  • 2 chicken breasts (or 4 chicken thighs)
  • 1 tbsp olive oil or butter
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 cup heavy cream (or cooking cream)
  • ½ cup chicken broth
  • ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • ½ tsp salt
  • ½ tsp black pepper
  • ½ tsp paprika (optional)
  • Optional: mushrooms, spinach, or onions
  • Fresh parsley for garnish (optional)

🍳 Instructions

  1. Cook the chicken
    • Season chicken with salt, pepper, and paprika.
    • Heat oil or butter in a skillet over medium heat.
    • Cook chicken 5–7 minutes per side until golden and cooked through.
    • Remove and set aside.
  2. Make the sauce
    • In the same pan, add garlic and cook for about 30 seconds.
    • Pour in chicken broth and heavy cream.
    • Stir and bring to a gentle simmer.
  3. Add cheese
    • Stir in Parmesan cheese and cook until the sauce thickens.
  4. Combine
    • Return the chicken to the pan.
    • Simmer 3–5 minutes so the chicken absorbs the creamy sauce.
  5. Serve
    • Garnish with parsley and serve with rice, pasta, or mashed potatoes.

  • Add mushrooms or spinach to make the sauce richer.
  • A squeeze of lemon juice adds a nice fresh flavor.
  • Use boneless chicken thighs for extra juicy meat.
