  • 3 ½ cups all-purpose flour

  • 1 tsp salt

    • Place on a greased or parchment-lined baking sheet.
  5. Second rise:
    • Cover and let rise 20–30 minutes.
  6. Preheat oven:
    • Preheat to 400°F (200°C).
  7. Bake:
    • Bake for 12–15 minutes until golden brown.
  8. Optional topping:
    • Brush warm breadsticks with melted butter and sprinkle garlic powder, Parmesan, or herbs.
