🥩 Roast beef

- 3–4 lb beef roast (top round, chuck roast, or rib roast)

- 1 cup beef broth
👨🍳 Instructions
- Preheat oven

- Set roast on top and pour beef broth around it.
- Roast

- Internal temperatures:

- 145°F – medium
- Rest the meat
- Let roast rest 10–15 minutes before slicing.
- Serve
- Slice against the grain and serve with the pan juices or gravy.
