    • Knead 5–7 minutes until smooth. Let rise in a greased bowl for 1–1.5 hours, until doubled.
  2. Prepare filling
    • Mix brown sugar and cinnamon. Spread softened butter over rolled-out dough and sprinkle sugar mixture evenly.
  3. Roll and cut
    • Roll dough into a rectangle, about 16Ă—12 inches.
    • Roll up tightly from the long side and cut into 8–12 rolls.
  4. Second rise
    • Place rolls in a greased pan. Cover and let rise 30–45 minutes until puffy.
  5. Bake
    • Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Bake 20–25 minutes until golden brown.
  6. Glaze / Frost
    • Mix powdered sugar with milk (and cream cheese if desired). Drizzle over warm rolls.
