Scrambled Eggs

Ingredients

  • 4 large eggs
  • 2–3 tbsp milk (optional, for creaminess)
  • 1 tbsp butter
  • Salt and black pepper to taste
  • Optional: shredded cheese, chopped herbs, or green onions

Instructions

1. Beat the Eggs

  • Crack eggs into a bowl.
  • Add milk, salt, and pepper.
  • Whisk until the mixture is well blended and slightly frothy.

2. Heat the Pan

  • Melt butter in a nonstick skillet over medium-low heat.

3. Cook the Eggs

  • Pour the egg mixture into the pan.
  • Let it sit for a few seconds, then gently stir with a spatula.
  • Continue slowly stirring until soft curds form and eggs are just set.

4. Serve

  • Remove from heat immediately so they stay soft and creamy.
  • Add cheese or herbs if desired and serve hot.
