🍒 Mom’s No-Bake Cinnamon Cherry Clove

🛒 Ingredients (Serves 6–8)

  • 2 cups rolled oats
  • 1 cup sweetened dried cherries
  • ½ cup honey or maple syrup
  • ½ cup peanut butter or almond butter
  • 1 tsp ground cinnamon
  • ¼ tsp ground cloves
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • Optional: ¼ cup chopped nuts or shredded coconut

1️⃣ Prepare the Pan

  • Line an 8×8-inch pan with parchment paper or lightly grease it.

2️⃣ Mix Dry Ingredients

  • In a large bowl, combine oats, dried cherries, cinnamon, cloves, and optional nuts or coconut.

  • In a small saucepan over low heat, melt peanut butter and honey together.
  • Stir in vanilla extract until smooth.
