Here is a simple and tasty Green Bean recipe you can make easily.

🥗 Garlic Butter Green Beans

Ingredients

  • 2 cups fresh Green beans, trimmed
  • 1 tablespoon butter
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 2 cloves garlic (minced)
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • ¼ teaspoon black pepper
  • ½ teaspoon red chili flakes (optional)
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice (optional)

Instructions

  1. Boil the beans:
    Bring a pot of salted water to a boil. Add the green beans and cook for 3–4 minutes until slightly tender.
  2. Drain:
    Drain the beans and rinse quickly with cold water to keep their bright green color.
  3. Sauté:
    Heat butter and olive oil in a pan over medium heat. Add minced garlic and sauté for about 30 seconds until fragrant.
  4. Add beans:
    Add the green beans to the pan and toss well.
  5. Season:
    Sprinkle salt, black pepper, and chili flakes. Cook for 3–5 minutes while stirring.
  6. Finish:
    Add lemon juice if you like a fresh flavor. Serve warm.
