- 1 lb ground lamb or ground beef

- 2 tablespoons butter
- ¼ cup milk
- Salt to taste
Instructions
- Cook the potatoes
Boil chopped potatoes in salted water for about 15 minutes until soft. Drain, add butter and milk, then mash until smooth. - Prepare the filling
Heat oil in a pan over medium heat. Add onion and garlic and cook until soft. - Cook the meat
Add ground meat and cook until browned. - Add flavor and vegetables
Stir in tomato paste, Worcestershire sauce, peas, carrots, salt, pepper, paprika, and beef broth. Simmer for 5–7 minutes until slightly thick. - Assemble the pie
Spread the meat mixture in a baking dish. Cover evenly with mashed potatoes. - Bake
Bake at 200°C (400°F) for 20–25 minutes until the top is lightly golden. - Serve
Let it rest for a few minutes before serving.
