Tortilla wraps with ground beef

Posted on March 9, 2026 by Admin

Here’s a simple and tasty way to make Tortilla Wraps with Ground Beef—perfect for lunch, dinner, or a quick snack 🌯:

Ingredients (makes 4 wraps)

  • 4 large tortillas (flour or whole wheat)
  • 250–300 g ground beef
  • 1 small onion, finely chopped
  • 1 bell pepper (any color), diced
  • 1 tsp garlic powder or 1 clove garlic, minced
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • ½ tsp chili powder (optional)
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • ½ cup shredded cheese (cheddar, mozzarella, or your choice)
  • Lettuce, tomato slices, or any fresh veggies you like
  • Optional sauces: sour cream, salsa, or hot sauce

Instructions

  1. Cook the beef
    • Heat a pan over medium heat and add the ground beef.
    • Cook for 5–7 minutes, breaking it apart with a spatula until browned.
  2. Add vegetables & seasoning
    • Add onion, bell pepper, garlic, paprika, chili powder, salt, and pepper.
    • Cook for another 3–5 minutes until vegetables are tender.
  3. Warm the tortillas
    • Heat tortillas in a dry pan or microwave for 10–15 seconds so they’re soft and pliable.
  4. Assemble the wraps
    • Place a layer of cooked beef and vegetables on each tortilla.
    • Top with shredded cheese and fresh veggies.
    • Drizzle with your favorite sauce.
  5. Wrap and serve
    • Fold the sides in and roll tightly.
    • Serve immediately while warm.

💡 Tip: You can make it a meal prep option by keeping beef and veggies separate and assembling wraps when ready to eat—they stay fresh and delicious.

If you want, I can also give a spicy Tex-Mex version with beans and corn that tastes restaurant-style. Do you want me to do that?
