Scrambled Eggs 🍳

Scrambled eggs are soft, fluffy eggs cooked quickly in a pan. They are a simple and popular breakfast dish.

Ingredients

  • 2–3 eggs
  • 1 tablespoon milk or cream (optional)
  • 1 teaspoon butter or oil
  • Salt and black pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Crack the eggs into a bowl.
  2. Add milk, salt, and pepper, then whisk well until smooth.
  3. Heat butter in a non-stick pan over medium-low heat.
  4. Pour the eggs into the pan.
  5. Stir gently with a spatula as the eggs start to cook.
  6. Cook for 2–3 minutes, stirring until the eggs are soft and fluffy.
  7. Serve immediately.
