  • 1 lb (450 g) mushrooms, cleaned and sliced (button or cremini work well)
  • 2 tbsp butter or olive oil

  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • 1/2 tsp salt (optional, depending on ranch dressing)

Instructions
