Ingredients (Serves 2–4)

  • 2–4 salmon fillets (skin-on or skinless)
  • 2 tbsp olive oil or melted butter
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 lemon, sliced
  • 2 tbsp soy sauce or tamari
  • 1 tbsp honey or maple syrup
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • 1/2 tsp salt (optional)

Instructions

1. Prepare the Slow Cooker

  • Lightly grease the slow cooker with oil or cooking spray.
  • Lay the salmon fillets in a single layer.

2. Make the Sauce

  • In a small bowl, mix olive oil (or butter), garlic, soy sauce, honey, salt, and pepper.
  • Pour the mixture evenly over the salmon fillets.
  • Top with lemon slices.

3. Cook

  • Cover and cook on LOW for 1–2 hours or HIGH for 45–60 minutes, depending on your slow cooker.
  • The salmon should be opaque and flake easily with a fork.

4. Serve

  • Carefully remove salmon with a spatula to avoid breaking the fillets.
