Air-fried cauliflower

Here’s a quick and tasty Air-Fried Cauliflower 🥦 recipe—crispy on the outside and tender inside.


Ingredients (Serves 2–3)

  • 1 medium cauliflower, cut into florets
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • ½ tsp salt
  • ½ tsp black pepper
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • ½ tsp onion powder (optional)
  • 2 tbsp grated Parmesan (optional)

Instructions

1. Prepare the Cauliflower

  • Wash and cut cauliflower into bite-size florets.
  • Pat dry with a towel.

2. Season

  • In a bowl, toss cauliflower with olive oil, salt, pepper, garlic powder, paprika, and onion powder until evenly coated.

3. Air Fry

  • Preheat air fryer to 190°C (375°F).
  • Place cauliflower in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
  • Cook for 12–15 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through.

4. Finish

  • Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese if desired.
  • Serve hot.

  • Buffalo: toss cooked cauliflower in buffalo sauce.
  • Lemon Garlic: add lemon juice and parsley after cooking.
